The Details – With “Designed For You” we can develop a design plan for your room without ever having to visit
your home. How do we do it? It all starts with The Details. First, we send you a guide for taking measurements and
photographs of the rooms you want to decorate. You send us The Details and we use them to customize
your design that you can then use to create the room of your dreams.You will also have a 30 minute strategy session
by phone with Karen before starting the project.

The Plan - Our plans take approximately 6 weeks to create after the payment is made for one room. If more than
one room is needed we will need to adjust the timeframe. During that time we create a personalized detailed plan that
includes elevations, renderings, a furniture floor plan, concept board, and shopping guide. We use accessible retailers
that you can use to make the process easier.

The Design - Once your design is completed, we will send your detailed “Design For You” Room Design. Once you have
received your design Karen will have a follow-up 30 minute call in 2 weeks with you to see how you are progressing and
answer any questions you may have at that time.
